All are welcome to use ThriftyAds, the advertising service of ThriftyDrunk.com, "AS IS" for personal or business use, subject to the restrictions and with acknowledgement of the statements below. "Users" herein are those who use ThriftyAds to design, purchase, and display advertisements on ThriftyDrunk.com, or those who otherwise create a ThriftyAds user account. ThriftyDrunk.com, the owner of ThriftyAds, reserves the right to change this agreement at any time without notification or consent of Users.

Users of ThriftyAds may not in any way misrepresent themselves as another person, group, or entity. Users may not claim a bar under their user account unless they own or are otherwise authorized to represent the bar by the bar's owner.

Users of ThriftyDrunk.com must be respectful of others opinions.

Users of ThriftyDrunk.com have a right to their own opinions.

Users of ThriftyDrunk.com may not engage in malicious behavior with regards to information contained on the website.

ThriftyDrunk.com reserves the right to remove information posted by Users if it is deemed inappropriate.

Once information is placed on ThriftyAds by Users, that information shall be considered the property of ThriftyDrunk.com.

ThriftyDrunk.com will respect Users' rights to privacy by not sharing email addresses or other information about Users with third parties for profit.

ThriftyDrunk.com is not responsible for any damages which may occur as a result of ThriftyAds, but those who use ThriftyAds may be in extreme circumstances.

For the protection of both parties, it is hereby agreed that the third party vendor, Google Checkout, shall be the exclusive method of payment between Users and ThriftyDrunk.com.

Users agree to hold harmless ThriftyDrunk.com, ThriftyAds, its principals, assigns, heirs, employees, affiliates, and partners from any damages, legal or equitable, that may arise from Users use of ThriftyAds.

If any clause, portion, or section of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be un-enforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in force. Terms and conditions set forth herein represent the complete Agreement between ThriftyDrunk.com and Users, and may not be altered by oral representations.

Users herein expressly agree to submit any claim or dispute arising under this Agreement, or in any way relating to the relationship between Users and ThriftyDrunk.com to binding arbitration. The costs of such arbitration shall be borne separately by both parties. The laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia shall control this agreement.
